What is Bi+ Crafternoon?

Crafternoon is an online gathering of bisexual+, fluid and questioning folks (and allies) who come together for an informal chat and co-crafting experience in a queer-positive and welcoming space.

This is a BYO-Craft event – just gather your items or materials, get comfy, and login to our fully moderated Zoom room where your hosts D’Arcy, LM and Anita will welcome you and craft alongside you.

Crafting can be any kind of making you’re into or want to learn more about. Crafts are about creating, not who is “meant to” do them, or being “good enough.”

Crafts might include:

  • Metalwork
  • Drawing
  • Fibre crafts (e.g., knitting, crocheting, weaving)
  • Woodwork
  • Paper crafts (e.g., origami, collage, card-making, paper-making)
  • Needlework (e.g., embroidery, sewing, quilting)
  • Calligraphy
  • Beadwork
  • Colouring
  • Jewelry making
  • Photography
  • Mosaics
  • Clay work
  • Anything else!

Check out more crafting terms and ideas.

Crafternoon is brought to you bi the Bi+ Arts Festival, Crafty Bi Nature and Toronto Bisexual Network.
